I led trainings for writers and instructional designers to familiarize new team members with our standards and processes for developing assessments, readings, and hands-on activities.
Approach**
After conducting an informal needs assessment, I developed writer trainings to convey key standards and practices for creating non-video learning content. I designed my trainings to be engaging and interactive live sessions with plentiful examples and opportunities to ask questions and reflect. I mapped session content to training outcomes, aligned instruction with complementary how-to guides, and provided writers ongoing support in weekly workshops and one-on-one sessions.
