Project description
A senior project stakeholder requested that I lead a product-wide alignment initiative to ensure the company's online learning products would create a consistent learner experience.
Approach**
To meet the project goal, I needed to create documentation and processes our team could follow to create a consistent tone, style, and editorial standard across products. To that end, I established ownership over the rudimentary product style guide and built the document into a robust, easily-navigable source of truth. I created and maintained product-wide editorial standards, documented instructional practices, and communicated evolving guidelines to product teams, vendors, and SMEs to ensure ongoing editorial consistency.
