I presented on how to make evaluations more meaningful using geographic data at the annual American Evaluation Association conference.
Approach
A co-presenter and I shared a simple approach to incorporating geographic data in evaluations, highlighting the benefits to evaluators and clients. We reviewed a beginner-friendly approach to mapping in Tableau, and showcased the value of heat mapping, location mapping, and pathway mapping. The presentation was well-attended, and we received an excellent response from the professional community.
