Ross Institute Category Evaluation Attributes Survey design Data reporting Talent development Project description I was tasked by the leadership at Ross Institute to evaluate the quality and impact of the Institute’s online teacher professional development (PD) courses. Approach I developed an attitudinal survey aligned with the PD program’s course rubric in six thematic domains: content, course, design & delivery, learning process, instruction, and facilitation. The survey asked learners to reflect on a series of statements. Each statement was presented with a Likert agreement scale (where 1 = strongly disagree and 5 = strongly agree). After fielding the survey, I analyzed the data and compiled findings and recommendations in a data report. Impact
